The Swiss association e’mobile was founded in 1980 and is engaged in Switzerland in the market introduction of efficient or low emission vehicles, such as electric, hybrid and natural gas vehicles, as well as of fuels from sustainable sources. e’mobile offers unbiased information and consulting and organizes exhibitions, test drives, workshops and conferences.
E'mobile is working with partners from industry, research and administration, most notably with the Swiss Federal Office of Energy, that supports most projects of the association by its programme SwissEnergy.
The members of e'mobile are :
car importers and dealers,
electricity companies and providers of alternative fuels such as natural gas, bioethanol and LPG,
technical colleges and universities,
cantons and municipalities,
associations in the field of automotive and energy industries,
individuals.

The Swiss association for electric and efficient vehicles offers unbiased information and consulting. Its Swiss Centre EV is concerned with all aspects of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
